Erbalunga Festival: two days of music during a summer in Corsica

Corsica in the summer is a true paradise for those looking for dream beaches and lots of relaxation. But why not give yourself a couple of evenings dedicated to music? If you are in Bastia and surroundings on August 10th and 11th, have the opportunity to take part in the 2018 edition of the Erbalunga Festival.

The artists of the 2018 edition

  • 10th August: Michel Jonasz and Jean-Yves D’Angelo. The alchemy between the singer and the pianist is strong. For the past four years, Michel Jonasz and Jean-Yves D’Angelo have been running their ever-acclaimed show of piano and voice. Not to be missed.
  • 11th August: Etienne Daho. A career more of more than thirty years, a score of discs, a life always over the top and always dedicated to music: Etienne Daho, famous French singer-songwriter, would not even need any introduction.

How to get

Starting from Bastia, where the ferries to Corsica dock, to get to Erbalunga you only have to take the D80 northbound and follow the signs to Erbalunga. The journey by car, which you can take on the ferry, takes just twenty minutes.

An area to discover

First of all, you must visit Bastia, one of the largest and most alive cities in Corsica. A city that has so much to offer and that will allow you to live the holiday that you like most: it makes beaches, monuments, museums, many possibilities for excursions in nature available.

Not far away there is the so-called “finger of Corsica”, or the peninsula that begins on the northern coast of the island of beauty. An area dotted with small and picturesque villages, recommended especially for those moving by motorcycle.
