Discover Bastia in a very unique way: Les legendines

Not by chance, we are talking about one of the most beautiful cities of Corsica, to visit absolutely during a holiday on the island of beauty. And even this year, from April 2^nd to mid-October, there will be an even more unique and spectacular way to discover it: the 2019 edition of Les legendines.

A walking tour to visit Bastia

Every Tuesday, from April 2^nd to mid-October, the appointment is in Place Saint Nicolas, in a central part of the city. From here, in fact, a walking tour through the streets of Bastia will start exactly at 4:30pm. But it will not be a walking tour like many others.

Because all participants, and you too, will be enchanted by the stories of an expert guide: historical or peculiar facts, traditions and customs will enrich the walk that, from Place Saint Nicolas, will arrive to the citadel of Bastia, in about two and a half hours.

And, in addition to this, at the end of the walking tour, will take place:

• A Corsican polyphonic concert in the oratory of Santa Croce;
• A tasting of Corsican typical products.

Not only walking tour

Thanks to the walking tours scheduled during the days of Les legendines, you will surely see some of the most beautiful places in Bastia. But the holiday doesn’t end here because there are still several things to discover:

• The beaches of Bastia (especially during a holiday in summer);
• The north coast of Corsica (and Bastia is a great starting point to discover it).

How to get

Les legendines could be the “icing on the cake” that made you choose Bastia as the destination of your next vacation on the island of beauty. Well, to get there, you just have to book a place on one of the ferries to Corsica departing from the ports of Genoa, Livorno, Piombino, Savona, Portoferraio, Nice and Toulon.
